Before a customer hits the booking form, they see what each ticket type includes, who it's for, and what the add-ons mean. No ambiguity when they reach checkout.

Add-on guides

Coffee, treats, photos, merchandise: each add-on is explained in context, so customers know what they're selecting before they select it.

Multi-location aware

CuppaPug runs across five locations. The widget loads the correct experience IDs and content for the right venue, all from a single codebase.

Mobile-first, by design

Over 95% of traffic is mobile. Every element (tap targets, scroll behaviour, layout) is built for a phone first, not adapted to one.
