The Context
Beyonk's platform manages availability, payments, and session management with robust, battle-tested infrastructure. There's no reason to reinvent any of that, but there was significant room to build on top of it.
Ticket types, session add-ons, and BYOP slots weren't surfaced before the booking form. Customers were reaching checkout without fully understanding their options, or whether they'd chosen the right one.
Add-ons, upgrades, and premium slots were going unnoticed. Beyonk's platform had the capability to sell them. The customer journey just needed to surface that potential properly.

The Approach
Beyonk’s booking engine is exactly where it should be, handling payments, availability, and session management. The work was to build a rich experience layer that sits in front of it: educating customers, surfacing add-ons, and making the full range of options visible before they reach checkout.
Before a customer hits the booking form, they see what each ticket type includes, who it's for, and what the add-ons mean. No ambiguity when they reach checkout.
Coffee, treats, photos, merchandise: each add-on is explained in context, so customers know what they're selecting before they select it.
CuppaPug runs across five locations. The widget loads the correct experience IDs and content for the right venue, all from a single codebase.
Over 95% of traffic is mobile. Every element (tap targets, scroll behaviour, layout) is built for a phone first, not adapted to one.
The result is a booking experience that feels native to the CuppaPug brand, powered by Beyonk’s proven infrastructure. Ticket views, add-on uptake, and conversion all increased. A sustained 10% uplift across tens of thousands of orders. At that volume, a 10% improvement means tens of thousands of pounds in additional revenue, compounding across every season.
